Laura Roe, LMT provides therapeutic massage grounded in connection, integrity, and respect for each individual's autonomy. Through honest communication and intentional, intuitive care, she creates an environment where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered while their bodies release tension, restore balance, and move toward natural healing.

I offer massage sessions at my home studio, located on our family property at Gable Lane Farms, Hurlock, MD as well as at The Relaxation Station, Easton, MD.

Pre - Natal Massage

Therapeutic Massage
Blending Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release techniques, each session is designed to gently release pain and tension while supporting your body’s natural balance.
This is your time to pause—to step away from the mental and physical demands of everyday life and allow your mind and body to reset. Every massage is fully customized to your needs, with no additional charge for deep tissue work, aromatherapy, or CBD products.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based healing practice that encourages deep relaxation, eases stress, and supports your body’s natural ability to restore balance. Sessions are calming and non-invasive, offering a quiet space for your mind, body, and spirit to feel refreshed and realigned.
Reiki can be added to the end of your massage or booked as a standalone session for a more focused, restorative experience.

Enhancing Your Well-Being Since 2010
Education
2010 Associates Degree - Chesapeake College in Massage Therapy with 750 hours of hands on massage technique education.
My continuing education includes over 300 additional hours of advanced training in Myofascial Release and Myofascial Unwinding (Levels I & II), Prenatal and Fertility Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and introductory Oncology Massage.
I have also completed multiple continuing education courses focused on deep tissue techniques for the shoulders, back, and hips, as well as Reiki training through the Master level.
