Using intuitive touch, I listen to what your body is communicating and respond in a way that feels supportive and grounding. By slowing down, adjusting my breath, and creating a calm rhythm, I help your nervous system settle so your body no longer feels overwhelmed or overstimulated.
Massage is more than relieving tension—it’s about giving your mind and body permission to pause, reset, and feel safe enough to let go of stress, emotions, and the constant pressure to keep going.

Licensed Massage Therapist
I am a mother to three girls and a wife to a farmer, and my journey into massage therapy began with a desire to create a life that allowed me to be present for my family while building something meaningful of my own. I became a licensed massage therapist in 2010 with the intention of owning my own practice and creating a flexible schedule that supported both my work and my role as a mother.
Before that, I spent five years working as an exercise technician in a physical therapy office. While that experience gave me a strong foundation in the body and movement, I quickly realized that the clinical setting and structure of physical therapy did not align with the kind of care I wanted to provide. I was drawn to something more personal—something that allowed for deeper connection, presence, and healing.
Massage therapy became that path. It gave me the opportunity to create a calm, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for as individuals—not just treated for symptoms. Today, I practice from my home studio in Hurlock, MD, located on our family property, Gable Lane Farms, as well as at The Relaxation Station located in Easton, MD. Each space reflects what I value—quiet, grounded, and deeply connected to a more intentional, restorative way of living.
My work is rooted in that intention: to offer a place where your body can slow down, your mind can quiet, and true healing can begin.
